How are you all doing with your Pantry Challenge?
I have found that with using items I already have to create meals, I have alot less groceries to buy. Therefore, spending less. Which is great. We hope to be able to take our leftover grocery money and buy a weedeater. Ours kind of fell apart literally.
Here is our menu plan for this week:
Breakfast
Banana Bread X2
Baked Oatmeal with apples X2
Egg in bread
Homemade Yogurt with apple butter toast
Strawberry Smoothie with cinnamon sugar toast
Lunch
Sandwich, banana and popcorn
Dinner
Baked Pork Chops, Augratin potatoes and corn
Southwest skillet with green beans
Tuna Mushroom Casserole with corn
Pancakes with homemade syrup
Chicken Noodle soup with grilled cheese and fruit
Hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, corn pudding, pink surprise and corn for Christopher's birthday:)
Snacks
Carrot sticks
Celery with PB
Popcorn
Raisins
Apple slices
