Awesome Kroger Deal- EXPIRED**

I was out yesterday picking up a few things for our trip.  I decided to pick up some BBQ sauce since they were on sale at Kroger.  Boy, did I do a double take when I saw that the Original BBQ sauce had a coupon on it that stated that you would get $2 off when you bought 1 8qt caniser of Country Time Lemonade or Kool Aid and 2 bottles of Kraft BBQ sauce.  Kevin and I quickly went over to the drink aisle to see how much the Country Time Lemonade and Kool Aid canisters were to see if they were a good deal.

To my surprise, the Country Time Lemonade canisters were with the Daytona sale- yea!!!  That was not listed in my circular.  I did the math real quick in my head and realized that yes this was a great deal if you are in the market for BBQ and/or Country Time Lemonade.

With all the happiness, I totally forgot to check the price of Kool Aid canisters.

I ended up buying:

3 canisters of Country Time Lemonade and 4 bottles of Original BBQ sauce and 3 bottles of Honey BBQ sauce.  I orginally went in there to buy 10 bottles of BBQ sauce due to the end price being $0.59 and getting $2 catalina back which is still a great deal.  But with this we can take the lemonade to my dad's house when we have lunch with him on Sundays.

I think that this is a pretty good deal if you need BBQ sauce and/or Country Time Lemonade.  Just the price of the BBQ sauce alone is a great price for BBQ sauce.  And we will use the $2 catalina when we get back for some Wheat White Flour:)

Kroger's New Instant Win game

Kroger has a new Instant win game called Victory Village. 

This time around instead of winning actual items you could win specific dollar amounts off your next transaction.  You could win either $1, $0.75, $0.50 or $0.25 off.

Kroger's Victroy Village runs from June 10, 2012 until  June 23, 2012 at 11:59:59 PDT.

You are limited to 1 play per person and 1 win per day:)

Kroger has a new Instant Win game

This game is super easy to play~ just sign in and hit shoot and that is it.  Either the balls makes it in the basket and you win or it doesn't make it in and you try again tomorrow.

So far, I haven't won anything but that may change.  I will update this post if we end up winning anything.

Kroger Instant win game

Kroger has a new Instant Win game: Daytona 500, you pick the winner. 

Simply pick which car you think is going to win and hit GO!!  Sit back and watch to see if your car is the winner.

I love getting the boys involved in these instant win games by letting them pick the one they think will win.  We played this evening and won 5 packages of Kool Aid.  I can't remember the last time we bought Kool Aid, but that is OK- we know someone who loves Kool Aid. 

We have now won our 2nd prize- a Totino's pizza.  Nathan is so excited as he picked the car and that he won pizza:)

I wanted to post these deals earlier in the week but found out last minute about 2 band concerts that was mandatory for Kevin to play at and the AFJROTC Military Ball for Chris is this Saturday.  So, this has kept me very busy this week. 

If you need pasta or simply want to stock up, head on over to Kroger.  This week Kroger has Healthy Harvest pasta, San Giorgio pasta and Smart Taste pasta on sale for $0.99.  But wait, if you buy 10- you get $5 off instantly, making each box of pasta $0.49 after discount.  To make this deal even better, go to Ronzoni Garden delight website and fill out the quick registration and print out the Healthy Harvest and Smart Taste pasta coupon. Hit the back space after printing and it will print again :)  You can only print twice.  Then head over to the It pays to eat pasta website to print out the Healthy Harvest and Smart Taste coupons.  You now should have (3) $1/2 Healthy Harvest coupons and (3) $1/2 Smart Taste coupons.  My Kroger only allows 2 of the same coupon.  So, here is how I did my deal:

10 boxes of Smart Taste pasta- as this was all they had left- someone cleared out the shelves- luckily they were restocking when I got there.

Kroger March to Savings Instant Win game

Kroger has a new Instant Win game called March to Savings.  This promotion runs from March 13, 2011 through April 3, 2011.  Limit 1 entry per day per participant and limit of 2 prizes per participant.

Kroger Instant Win game

Kroger has another Instant Win game- Coin Toss.  You pick what you think the coin will land on- Heads or Tails.  Game ends on February 6, 2011.  You can play everyday and you can win a total of 2 prizes.  The game is pretty cute.  I have let the boys pick which side they think the coin will land on and we have already won our 2 prizes- already loaded on the card, just have to get to the store to pick them up:)  We won 4 oz Gatorade Prime- Kevin is excited about this as he loves Gatorade.  And we won Delmonte Fruit Cups or Fruit Chillers- Nathan is super excited about this, he wants to take them in his lunch for school.
