How was your weekend?

My brother and his girlfriend came down :) We ate way too much, stayed up way too late, laughed until we cried and had an amazing time. 

I know a lot of people are sad around the holidays, wishing those they lost were there, me included. It was nice to not focus on loss and being sad and instead feeling surrounded by love. Don't get me wrong, I would have loved for my parents to be here to share the holidays with, but having all my boys, my brother and his girlfriend all under one roof was absolutely amazing and complete chaos all at the same time :) I wouldn't have it any other way :)

After a week with no oven, we finally found one and it arrived at the house on Monday :) We had to get very creative without an oven. Who knew all the things you can create using your air fryer :)

How was your weekend? We had an interesting weekend :( Thankfully, I had already made dinner and was putting cookies into the oven.  All of a sudden, the lights dim, and we heard this zapping noise~ the culprit was the oven :( Of course the oven would go out now. I have family coming into town next week and am now scrambling trying to find an oven. No one has any in stock :( To make matters even better, something snapped on our garage door and now it won't open but on a positive note, our well lines have been fixed :) Never a dull moment over here.
