My Menu Plan for the week of 01/13/2014

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  We had a nice weekend that is until Nathan's brand new glasses we just got for him literally fell apart.  We are waiting for them to be replaced.  Aside from that fun, we had a nice Saturday.  We spent Sunday going to church, then grocery shopping and then prepping all the food we just bought.  And we bought a lot:)  More on that later this week.

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Pumpkin Bread muffins with fruit X2
Pancakes X2
Scrambled eggs with fruit
Fruity Spinach Smoothie
Baked Oatmeal with apples

Lunch~ our usual
Salad with  homemade ranch dressing and a banana for me and hubby
Sandwich on homemade bread , carrots and apple slices for everyone else

Dinner
Applesauce BBQ Chicken with rice and green beans
Shredded BBQ Chicken on buns with zuchinni
Pesto Chicken with zuchinni
Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs and rice with green beans
Cilantro Lime Chicken with corn
Pork Stew
Easy Pulled Pork on buns with green beans

Snacks and desserts
Carrots
Apple slices
Homemade Kettle Corn
Chocolate Chip Brownies
Oranges
Peanuts
