Menu Plan for the week of 02/18/2013

After an eventful evening/morning, today just seemed to drag along.  We hope that your Monday was better.  Tomorrow will be a better day- at least I am hoping that it will be- fingers crossed:)

We are very thankful that Lynn, my dad's girlfriend, cleaned out her pantry last week and blessed us with 3 boxes of food that she would not be able to use.  We can definately put it to good use:)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Organic Poptarts X2
Baked Oatmeal with Apples X2
Cream of Wheat
Scrambled eggs with grits and fruit
Oatmeal

Lunch
Sandwich, popcorn and banana

Dinner
Spaghetti with peas and rolls
Chili
Chili potatoes with corn
Chocolate Chip pancakes with fruit
Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa Casserole
Tuna Casserole with green beans
Spanish Rice with corn

Snacks and desserts
Super yummy homemade PB fudge
Apple Slices
Baked Carrot sticks
Stretch Island Fruit Apple Rolls
Annie's Organic bunny fruit snacks
