Today was another fun filled busy day. I worked on the kitchen a little before going to the library for Story Time. Today, we were learning about Chinese New Year. We are blessed to have someone in our group that still celebrates Chinese New Year. We got to sample some of the many dishes served celebrating Chinese New Year. We had a great time and the food was so delicious. Even though the food looked different from what they are used to, most of the kids gave it a try and most of them liked it:) After Nathan came home and did his homework, we headed out to IHOP for National Pancake Day for dinner. That was soooo yummy:) Now that I am full of pancakes, let me tell you about my shopping day yesterday.
