Menu Plan for the week of 06/03/2013

Where in the world did May disappear off to?  It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the start of 2013 and it is already June- yikes.  This year if flying by way too fast.  And this month is going to be crazy busy for us as well.  We have to get ready for a huge consignment sale this weekend as well as attending a Homeschool conference in Richmond this weekend- busy, busy week:)

Speaking of things flying by way to fast- our oldest son Christopher graduated from High School yesterday.  We are very proud of his accomplishment.  Pics coming later this week:)

We had his graduation party of Saturday with family and friends.  It was a nice gathering and we had so much food:)  So much food that we had lots of food leftover that is currently in our refrigerator:)  We are going to incorporate the leftovers in our menu this week.

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Baked Oatmeal X2
Oatmeal with raisins X2
Banana Bread X2
Bagels with cream cheese and strawberries

Lunch
Sandwich, popcorn and carrots
Salad with chicken and homemade Ranch Dressing and a banana for me

Dinner
Leftover Sausage Rotini with green beans and rolls
Leftover Corn dog muffins with corn
Minestrone Soup with homemade bread
Black bean burgers with fruit
Lentil tacos with corn
Taco bean rice with corn
Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Homemade Syrup and fruit

Snacks and desserts
Popsicles
Strawberries
Carrot sticks
Grapes
Homemade Kettle Corn
Leftover cookies, cupcakes, graduation cake and ice cream
