June 2013 Monthly Spending

Here is where I will keep a list of our spending for the month of June. We are going to attempt to have a $200 grocery budget. This is for everything for our family of 6 and 2 pets. We did OK last month and went over by $34.  Our $200 monthly grocery budget should be doable this month, we had a lot of leftovers from Christopher's graduation party and the soups I had last month are very hearty and filling, so we were able to stretch them for 2 dinners.  We have food in our freezer, pantry and refrigerator that needs to get eaten:)  So, let's see how we do this month:

Yes, we went over. I didn't think about all the extra soft and mushy foods we would have to buy due to Chris and Michael's dental surgery.  But on the plus side, we did get creative and streched out some meals, so we still have lots of food in our pantry and freezer.  Now that everyone is on the same meal plan, lets see how we do for July:)
