Well the day had finally arrived. The day he worked very hard for this year. From Freshman to Junior, his grades weren't too terribly bad but you could tell he wasn't giving it his all. Senior year rolls around and now he decides to get serious. I am so happy that he made Honor Roll all year, his last year of school.
He was doing fine until Sunday morning. Butterflies started fluttering in his stomach- he was very nervous.
Michael and I along with our entire family are so very proud of our very first High School Graduate:) Now, he has to figure out what he wants to do with the rest of his life. He is undecided if he wants to retake the ASVAB (he missed by 3pts his first go round), go to community college or just wants to work for now while he figures it all out. His best friend- his "brother" from another mother- and our next door neighbor (who I used to babysit- I have watched Dana grow up into such a remarkable young lady) also graduated. We couldn't be prouder. We wish them the very best in everything they do and hope life treats them well:)
