Menu Plan for the week of 06/24/2013

Wow- what a weekend:)  I am hoping your weekend was fabulous and relaxing- that you did something fun and entertaining.

As many of you know, Michael and Chris had dental surgery bright and early Friday morning.  I was up at the crack of dawn making sure we had everything ready for our drive to the dental office.  I gave Michael and Chris their "happy" pill.  Michael was so relaxed and happy- Chris not so much.  He was so nervous.  But they both went back and got knocked out for their much needed dental surgery.  I am happy to report that they both did very well.

Our weekend was full of setting alarms and getting up in the middle of the night for meds:)  Michael only had 1 wisdom tooth cut out and is finally feeling better.  The stitches are starting to come out and he was finally able to get his first taste of solid food today.  He was getting tired of squishy and mushy food.  Chris, on the other hand, had to have 3 wisdom teeth cut out- OUCH!!  His poor cheeks are so swollen.  He still has a little longer on his recovery but is doing well.  He is not happy that he still has to eat soft foods and cannot eat what we wants, but that will pass as soon as his mouth heals:)

Only 2 more days of meds- YAY!!

Here is our menu plan for the ones that can eat solid foods:
