Banana Bread recipe

Here is our family's super delicious yummy banana bread recipe:


2 C Flour- we use a White Wheat mix but you can use whatever you have on hand
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C Sugar
1/2 C Oil
2 Eggs
3-4 Bananas mashed
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 Tsp milk

Combine all ingredients in the order listed- mix well.  Pour mixture in well greased loaf pan- we have a super large silicone loaf pan, which needs no greasing.  If you don't have a large loaf pan, divide the mixture between 2 loaf pans.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.  Cool in pan for 10 minutes.  Take out of loaf pan and cool completely.  This banana bread freezes extremely well:)

We like to let it cool 10 minutes in the pan and then take it out and place on a plate for 10 minutes before cutting and devouring this scrumptious banana bread:)
