How was your weekend? We had a fantastic weekend :) I will fill everyone in on our weekend fun later this week.
Here is our menu plan for this week:
Breakfast
Oatmeal with raisins and honey X2
Pancakes X2
Dark Chocolate Granola X2
Chocolate Peanut Butter Donuts- the boys cannot wait for me to make this :)
Fruity green smoothie- this will be my breakfast all week
Lunch- Our usual
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for me and hubby
Sandwich with homemade bread, grapes and peanuts for everyone else
Dinner
Korean Pork Tacos served on tortillas with green beans
Crockpot Lasagna with peas
Spaghetti with corn and garlic bread
Cheesy Chicken with broccoli
Chili
Dinner at Respite Night :)
Chicken Pot Pie
Snacks
Bananas
Carrots
Celery
Grapes
Apples
Popcorn
Granola bars
