We hope you all had a very nice weekend. We had a weekend full of snot and other assorted bodily functions~ most of our family was or currently is sick. I am not sure how Kevin or myself have managed to not get sick. I am not complaining~ we are counting our blessings and taking care of the sickies.
Since our menu plan got disrupted last month, we decided to try it again. This time with Iamthatlady.com's 20 slow cooker meals. We will see how it goes.

Scrambled eggs with fruit
Fruity green smoothie- this will be my breakfast all week
Lunch- Our usual
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for me and hubby
Sandwich with homemade bread, grapes and peanuts for everyone else

Cacciatore Chicken with peas
Stuffed Peppers with green beans
Spaghetti with garlic bread and green beans
Thai Peanut Pork with peas
Salsa chicken over rice
Crockpot chicken with potatoes, carrots and peas
BBQ Chicken on buns with potato wedges and green beans

Celery with PB and raisisns
Popcorn
Bananas
