We hope everyone had a great weekend. We had a great weekend that included baking, Respite Night, a trip to the Pumpkin Patch and a field trip, which I will tell you all about later this week :)
Here is our menu plan for this week:

Eggs with PB toast and fruit
Fruity green smoothie- this will be my breakfast all week
Lunch- Our usual
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for me and hubby
Sandwich with homemade bread, grapes and peanuts for everyone else
Dinner
Korean Pork Tacos served on tortillas and green beans
Salsa Chicken served over brown rice and mixed veggies
Spaghetti with peas and garlic bread
BBQ Chicken served on buns with green beans
Thai Peanut Pork served over brown rice with green beans
Crockpot Lasagna with peas and rolls
Cheesy Chicken with broccoli
