Menu Plan for the week of 02/22/2016

How was your weekend?  Chris had an early morning shift, so I was able to do some early morning shopping.  It was nice getting down to the Farmer Market in the morning before the mad rush hits.  I also had some time to get over to the library to get some things we needed for school work and to pick up Ree Drummond's 3 remaining cookbooks.  I have been having a good time combing through her cookbooks and planning March's menu :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffins with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Oatmeal with nuts and raisins X2
Scrambled eggs and fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade dressing and a banana for myself and hubby
Sandwich with carrots and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Sausage Potato Soup- minus the Kale :)
Lasagna with green beans and garlic bread
Orange Chicken over rice and zuchinni
Swedish Meatballs over egg noodles and zuchinni
Chicken Nachos and zuchinni
Jambalaya
Chicken Mustard Cream Sauce with Buttered Parsley Noodles and zuchinni

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Blueberries
Carrots
Roasted Carrots
Popcorn
Cucumbers
Hot chocolate with marshmallows
Pretzels
