We hope you all had a fabulous weekend. We didn't do much over the weekend. We did the Lowe's Build & Grow event on Saturday morning and did came home and chilled out. We knew we were going to need our energy later that evening for our monthly Respite Night :) We had a blast being a buddy :)

Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for me and hubby
Sandwich with homemade bread, grapes and peanuts for everyone else

Al Fresco Chicken Sausage on buns with green beans
Beef Burgers with Mac & Cheese and green beans
Nathan's Birthday :)~ he has decided he wants pizza
Spaghetti with meatballs and corn
Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole with peas- recipe found in Laura's Oh For Real cookbook :)
Beefy Enchilada Bake with corn
Cheeseburger Pasta with green beans
Snacks
Fruit Salad- Strawberries, grapes and watermelon
Raisins
Peaches
Plums
Popcorn
Peanuts
