December 2013 Monthly Spending

This is the last 2013 monthly spending post for the year- oh my.  Where has the year flown to?  It feels like this year has flown by way to fast.

Here is where I will keep a list of our spending for the month of December. We have a $400 grocery budget for this month. This is for everything for our family of 6 and 2 pets. We did go over last month by $75 but luckily got a check from an overpayment that covered our overage.  I have pulled everything out of the freezer and pantry and came up with a menu using what we have on hand.  So, lets see how we do this month:

Yay!!  We did it, barely, but we did it.  We stayed under budget and for 6 weeks- HOORAH!!!!  I'm just a tad bit excited- can't you tell :)

I can't wait to see how we do for next month.
