Menu Plan for the week of 11/18/2013

Hope everyone had a nice relaxing weekend:)  Sorry for going MIA last week.  I have been combating some nasty icky germs here on the home front.  Poor Chris has a nasty temp and from all of his symptoms, it sounds like the dreaded flu- boooo :(

So far, he is the only person not feeling well.  I am hoping and disinfecting trying to make sure he keeps his germs to himself.  I have been successful, so far.  Keep your fingers crossed that it stops with him:)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Blueberry Spinach Smoothie with PB toast
Strawberry Spinach Smoothie with PB toast
Pancakes X2
Baked Oatmeal with apples X2
Egg sandwich with fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for me
Sandwich on homemade bread, carrot sticks and popcorn

Dinner
Spaghetti with meat sauce and green beans
Ranchero Chicken on tortillas with zuchinni
Potato and sausage tortillas with fruit
Lentil tacos with green beans
Veggie Sketty
Leftovers

Snacks
Popcorn
Apple slices

No Bake Chocolate PB bars
