Menu Plan for the week of 10/07/2013

How was your weekend?  We hope that your family had a nice and restful weekend.  We had a great weekend and enjoyed our time out in the sun :)  Details coming later :)

We are still trekking along with the Drop 10 Diet.  The food has been wonderful and our family is enjoying trying new dishes.  I lost 2 pounds last week with no exercise.  This week, we are still on the diet and I will be incorporating a 1 mile walk and 30 minutes on my exercise bike.  Hubby is going to try to get up early and start jogging in the morning :)  So, we shall see how it goes.

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Cinnamon Sweet Potato Muffins
Blueberry Ice Cream Shake- I am looking forward to this one :)

Sandwich, popcorn and carrots
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for me

Quinoa Crusted Tilapia with Broccoli Couscous
Roasted Chicken with sweet potato wedges
Buffalo Tilapia strips with Avocado Salad
Sausage & Broccoli pasta
Tangy Turkey Meatloaf
Lemon Sole with Artichokes and sweet potatoes
