Menu plan for the week of 02/20/2012

No bake energy bites- they are so good:)

Breakfast
Banana Bread
Baked Oatmeal X2
Yogurt & PB toast
Coconut Flour Banana muffins X2
Breakfast cake

Lunch
Pizza & carrot sticks
Sandwich- turkey, ham, chicken, grilled cheese, tuna, egg salad or PB&J
Popcorn
Banana, Apple or carrot sticks

Dinner
Bobby Dean unfried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans
Cheesy Chicken & Rice bake with peas
Tuna Slop with corn
French Toast with fruit
Ham & Cheese calzone with fruit
Spaghetti with green beans and homemade rolls

Snacks
Apple slices
Carrot sticks
No bake energy bar- these are so tasty
Healthy Chocolate Mousse
