Our Menu Plan for the week of 02/20/2017

How was your weekend?  We had a great Saturday planned with a trip to the Children's Museum for their Family Science Lab but that didn't happen :(  Nathan, poor kid, had a nasty fever.  So, we stayed home and rested over the weekend.  He is feeling some what better.  No fever but has a cough and a sore throat.  Took him to the doctor today and the doctor said he had flu like symptoms and to not be surprised if it flowed through the rest of the family :(  Please say a little prayer and keep your fingers crossed that it does not flow through the rest of us.

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Overnight Oats with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Banana muffins with fruit X2
Bagels with fruit

Lunch
Egg Avocado sandwich and fruit for me
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Cheesy Beef Taco with green beans
Chicken with potatoes and zucchini
Chili
Homemade Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuits with fruit
Spaghetti with broccoli and garlic bread
Turkey Tacos with mixed veggies
Meatball subs with carrots

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Blueberries
Popcorn
Pretzels
Tortilla Chips
Frozen Chocolate Bananas
Oat Date bars
Brownies
Cupcakes
