Our Menu Plan for the week of 06/13/2016

How was your weekend?  We had a good weekend and a rough week.  Kevin left for Basic Training last Monday and I am missing my son terribly.  It was so nice to hear his voice when he called for that brief minute to let me know that he had arrived safely.  Our weekend was nice.  We went to the Lowes Build & Grow Event and then went on an adventure to a new grocery store 20 miles north of us.  Usually, the younger boys stay home while I take one of the olders boys or hubby with me.  But since Kevin is gone and Chris was at work, the younger boys had to tag along on our grocery shopping adventures.  Luckily, I only had a couple of stores to go to :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
No Bake Oat Squares with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Granola with fruit X2
Chex cereal with fruit

Lunch
Egg salad with Romaine and a fruit for me
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Lasagna Macaroni with Zucchini
Spaghetti with zuchinni and garlic bread
15 bean soup with sausage and corn bread
Lemon Garlic Chicken over rice and peas
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo over noodles and zuchinni
Homestead Stroganoff over noodles and peas
Homemade Pepperoni Pizza with carrot sticks

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Blueberries
Strawberries
Cherries
Peaches
Cantaloupe
Carrots
Roasted Carrots
Popcorn
Hot chocolate with marshmallows
