Our Menu Plan for the week of 10/19/2015

How was your weekend?  We had a good weekend even though it didn't go as planned.  With crazy work schedules, grocery shopping, co op pickup and youth group, time was not in our favor for our Saturday or Sunday Family Fun Adventure.  No worries~ the Family Fun Adventure got rescheduled :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Banana Bread Muffins with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Oatmeal with nuts and raisins X2
Eggs, toast and fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade dressing and a banana for myself and hubby
Sandwich with carrots and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Spaghetti with green beans and garlic bread
Shredded Pork on bun with carrots
Gnocchi Sausage Soup
Lemon Garlic Mushroom Chicken with zuchinni
Creamy Vegan Mac & Cheese with zucchini
Cheeseburger Macaroni with peas
Tortilla Pizza
