I did see on the Fels-Naptha package that you could use it as a laundry booster- now your talking:)  I grated the whole bar and put it in a container to use when needed for the laundry.

While packing up the house, I have found all kinds of things.  I have run across a box of baby clothes from way back when:)  I am gathering all the baby clothes and taking them to a consignment store on Monday.  I found the cutest shirt, unfortunately it had spit up stains on it:(  And I knew the consignment store was not going to take it.  I threw the shirt in the washer with a handful of the grated Fels-Naptha bar and let it do what ever it was going to do.  I now wish I had of taken a picture of this dirty shirt.

The washer was done and I pulled out the shirt and to my surprise the very old spit up stain was gone- yea!!  I am loving this stuff :)  With 4 boys my current laundry detergent does a good job but sometimes my boys have stains beyond its cleaning capabilities.  It is nice to see I now have a kick butt laundry booster:)
