How was your weekend? Our week & weekend was busy as usual. Last week was almost a repeat of the week before. One exception~ Little Michael some how caught a cold :( And he was sooo nice to share it with me- isn't he the sweetest? :) Thankfully, we are getting better and are at the tail end of this icky cold.
Here is our menu plan for this week:

Banana Bread muffins with fruit X2
Oatmeal with honey and nuts X2
Pancakes with fruit X2
Smoothies with PB toast
Lunch
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for hubby and myself
Sandwich with carrots and grapes for everyone else or leftovers
Dinner
Spaghetti with green beans and garlic bread
Baked Chicken Legs with Mac & Cheese and peas
Beef Stroganoff with corn on the cob
Sausage Gravy over biscuits with eggs and fruit
Egg roll in a bowl
Chicken, Veggies and Potato bake
Turkey, mashed potatoes and green beans
Snacks and desserts
Clementines
Grapes
Apples
Bananas
Popcorn
Honey Peanut Bars
Carrots
Cucumbers
