Our Menu Plan for the week of 02/02/2015

February already??  We hope everyone had a nice weekend.  Our week and weekend was super busy.  Monday~ Nathan had a youth group meeting.  Wednesday~ Hubby and I had a class at church.  Thursday~ Kevin had evening softball practice.  Friday~ Kevin had not 1 but 2 night games:)  Saturday~ Chris had to be at work at 6am, which meant I had to get up at 5am, take Chris to work, go to the Farmer's Market, do our normal grocery shopping, go pick Chris up from work and then head to the library.  No wonder I ended up with a huge migraine Saturday evening.  Sunday, we went to church, came home, put bones in the stockpot for dinner and took a much needed nap:)  In case you were wondering about why my blog posts were all over the place, there you go :)

And today is Monday~ time to start the same week all over again.  Complete with 6am work schedule, grocery shopping and Respite Night all on Saturday:)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffins and fruit X2
Oatmeal with nuts and raisins X2
Pancakes X2
Egg Sandwich with fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for hubby and myself
Sandwich with carrots and popcorn for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Leftover Chicken Noodle Soup with biscuits
Flounder with brown rice and corn
Spaghetti with zuchinni and garlic bread
Chili with cornbread
Chicken Pot Pie over biscuits and corn
Dinner at Respite Night
Lentil tacos with zuchinni

Snacks and desserts
Clementines
Grapes
Apples
Pears
Raisins
Carrots
Bananas
Popcorn
Chocolate Peanut Butter balls
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites
