Our Menu Plan for the week of 01/19/2015

How was your weekend?  Our weekend was fabulous, we celebrated my birthday :)  I will fill you all in on all the wonderful details of my birthday celebration.

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins with fruit X2
Pancakes X2
Baked Oatmeal with apples X2
Oatmeal with nuts and fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for hubby and myself
Sandwich with carrots and popcorn for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Lentil burgers with green beans
Matzo Ball Soup
Spaghetti with peas and garlic bread
Baked Flounder with brown rice and zuchinni
Potato Soup
Baked Chicken, mashed potatoes and zuchinni
Pasta with Kale Pesto Sauce with green beans

Snacks and desserts
Super yummy birthday cake
Carrots
Apples
Pears
Bananas
Popcorn
Oranges
