Exercise Challenge Week 5 Day 1

Sunday July 10 was the last day I used the elliptical.  It is too bad my inlaws live so far away.

I did a 20 min workout program and walked 10 min

I hope I can keep the focus now that we are home:) 

I just realized that July 10th was the last day for the exercise challenge.  I hope you all had fun and hope you did well with your challenge.  I am so happy to report that I lost 10 pounds- YEA!!  I can definitely see the results when I put on my jeans.  Now I have 30 more pounds to lose to get out of the overweight catagory.  I hope to keep focus and shed those 30 pounds and be healthy:)
