I am so proud of myself for getting up early and getting outside to exercise, while on vacation. Well, hubby not too excited about getting up and exercising with me today. He is sore from the day before. So, today I took Kevin running with me. I forget he is so young and he left me in the dust while we were running.
Here is what we did on 07/03:
5 mins brisk walking
6 min running with 1 min walking for a total of 20 min
5 mins cool down walking
