Menu Plan for the week of 05/16/2016

How was your weekend?  We had a rough week.  Nathan got a nasty virus with a not so wonderful temperature of 104.  We took him to the doctor and she said he had a virus that needed to run its course.  Well run it did indeed :(  It ran directly from Nathan to Little Michael, from there it ran directly into daddy and some how made it way right to me :(  I have been so miserable.  I didn't even have the energy to type this post yesterday.  I am feeling much better today but still feel icky.  I am hoping that this not so nice virus is almost done with me and goes far away from this house :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Scrambled Egg with spinach and mushrooms and fruit

Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip muffin with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Granola with fruit X2

Lunch
Salad with chicken and a banana for me
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Sloppy Joes with carrots
Chicken Tacos with zuchinni
Sausage Gravy over biscuits with eggs for Christopher's bday
Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and zuchinni
Lasagna casserole with zuchinni and garlic bread
Fish, Rice and zuchinni
Spaghetti and meatballs with zuchinni and garlic bread
