Menu Plan for the week of 08/10/2015

We survived our first week back to school.  I thought this year was going to be easier since I only have 2 kids instead of having 3 like last year.  Boy oh boy did little Michael prove my so wrong :(

Nathan's advancement from 5th to 6th grade went very well.  No issues.  Little Michael's advancement from Kindergarten to 1st grade- big issues.  We declared on his first day of school that he no longer liked school :(

Thankfully, a few days later he calmed down and now all is well in our homeschooling adventure :)  Keep your fingers crossed that he remains this way throughout the year :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Applesauce muffins with fruit X2
Pancakes with fruit X2
Oatmeal with nuts and raisins X2
Scrambled eggs with fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade dressing and a banana for myself and hubby-when he is home
Sandwich with carrots and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Spaghetti with green beans and garlic bread
Mushroom Stroganoff with peas
BBQ Riblets with mashed potatoes and zuchinni
Baked Chicken Legs with mashed potatoes and green beans
Ham, mashed potatoes and peas
Egg Roll in a Bowl
Leftovers :)

Snacks
Apples
Peaches
Carrots
Popcorn
Bananas
Carrots
Strawberries
Grapes
Blueberries
Plums
Chocolate PB Smoothie
Banana Ice Cream
