Our Menu Plan for the week of 05/11/2015

We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and an awesome Mother's Day :)

We had a nice and full weekend.  Saturday began with a Lowe's Build & Grow Event, then headed over to the Farmer's Market (since it the last day for the season for this location), went to Winn Dixie (it is right across from the Farmer's Market), headed home to eat lunch, had to get Chris to work by 1pm, ran by the library to pick up this week's books for school and then had Respite Night at church that evening.  That meant we had to save grocery shopping for Sunday.  I didn't mind heading out to the store on Mother's Day.  Kevin and I snuck in a trip to Starbucks~ I had a gift card :)  And it was the last day for 50% off Frappuccinos~ ohh the yummy goodness :)  I didn't have to cook and my boys painted me cards.  Pretty great Mother's Day :) 

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Banana Muffins with fruit X2
Pancakes with fruit X2
Oatmeal with nuts and raisins X2
Scrambled eggs with fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for myself and hubby when he is home
Sandwich with carrots and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Homemade Hamburgers, Mac & Cheese and asparagus
Chicken Noodle Soup
Ravioli with asparagus
Parm Fish with rice and zuchinni
Baked Chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans
Ham, mashed potatoes and peas
Leftovers

Snacks and desserts
Apples slices
Carrots
Cucumbers
Bananas
Grapes
Popcorn
Strawberries
Pears
Vegan Peach Cobbler Ice Cream- Mmmmm- this is so yummy :)
