Our Menu Plan for the week of 08/08/2016

How was your weekend?  We had the most amazing and emotional past 2 weeks as we watched our son graduate from Air Force Basic Training.  We are so very proud of him and can't wait to see where his new life leads him.  It was so awesome to see Kevin but I am glad to be home.  The 40 hour round trip was soooo long.

Here are our menu plans for this week:

Breakfast
Overnight Oats with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Granola with fruit X2
Bagels with fruit

Lunch
Tuna Salad with fruit and a hard boiled egg
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Chicken, mashed potato and broccoli
Cheesy Jambalaya with peas
Chocolate Chip Pancakes with fruit
Chicken Fajitas with carrots
Pizza with veggies
Grilled Cheese and soup
Leftovers

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Blueberries
Strawberries
Carrots
Roasted Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Banana Ice Cream
