Our Menu Plan for the week of 01/11/2016

How was your weekend?  We had a nice weekend at home.  Nathan, Kevin and I participated in Respite Night at church Saturday night.  On Sunday, Nathan's youth group was hosting a Parent's Night to discuss upcoming events.

Here are our menu plans for this week:

Breakfast
Banana Muffins with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Oatmeal with nuts and raisins X2
Cheerios and Fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade dressing and a banana for myself and hubby
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Gnocchi Sausage Soup
Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff with green beans
Shrimp Tacos with zuchinni
Jambalaya
Bowtie Lasagna with peas
Vegan Mushroom Alfredo Fettucini with green beans
Zuchinni Mushroom Pasta with carrots

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Roasted Carrots
Popcorn
Cucumbers
Hot chocolate with marshmallows
Peanut Butter Cheerio Treats
