We hope everyone had a nice weekend. We had a nice weekend that included a softball game, a trip to the Farmer's Market, grocery shopping and a field trip all while shuttling Chris back and forth to work :) Fun and busy.
Here is our menu plan for this week:
Breakfast
Cheerios with raisins and strawberries X2
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins with fruit X2
Pancakes with fruit X2
Oatmeal with nuts and raisins
Lunch
Salad with homemade ranch dressing and a banana for myself and hubby when he is home
Sandwich with carrots and grapes for everyone else or leftovers
Dinner
Chicken Noodle Soup
Beef Stroganoff with green beans
Easy Cheesy Bean dip with tortilla chips, carrots and cucumbers
Spaghetti with peas and garlic bread
Parm Tilapia with brown rice and corn
Dinner at church- Respite Night :)
Chicken Veggie potato bake
Snacks
Apples slices
Carrots
Cucumbers
Bananas
Grapes
Popcorn
Strawberries
