Exercise Challenge- Week 3 Day 2

Had a chance to get in a quick run/walk while the baby was napping, here is what I did:

5 mins brisk walking
5 mins running with 1 min walking for a total of 18 minutes
2 minutes brisk walking
30 sec jumping jacks
1 min walking
30 sec jumping jacks
5 min cool down walking
