Our Menu Plan for the week of 08/06/2018

How was your weekend?  We had a nice quiet weekend recovering from our church event that is until I realized that we had to meet with the homeschool evaluator today.  We got the boys notebooks completed and then had to get everything organized complete with lesson plans for our first day of school :)  Rest?? What's that :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Baked Oatmeal with fruit X2
Banana Pancakes with fruit X2
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffins with fruit X2
Bagels with fruit

Lunch
Egg Avocado salad and fruit for me
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and strawberries for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Baked Chicken with mashed potatoes, peas and a salad
Mexican rice with leftover chicken, peas and salad
Tacos with corn and salad
Vegan Nachos with cashew cheese, beans, lettuce and tomatoes
Baked French Toast with fruit
Homemade Pizza, carrots and salad
Spaghetti with sausage links, carrots and salad

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Tortilla Chips with salsa
Chocolate PB Nice Cream
Rice Cakes with PB
Celery with PB and raisin
Chia Pudding
