Menu Plan for the week of 09/26/2016

We hope you had a very good weekend.  We had a very strained week last week :(  Hubby had the flu but was not getting better so a quick trip to the Convenient Care Walk In Office confirmed that he was indeed over the flu but now had strep- yuck :(  With every thing going on with the boys, homeschooling, work schedules and everything else going on here, I was exhausted.  Which is why my blog was so quiet last week :(

Thankfully, everyone is healthy and hubby is much better :)  Just in time, we have family coming in from out of state in a few days :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Overnight Oats with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins with fruit X2
Bagels with fruit

Lunch
Salad with Tahini dressing with fruit and a hard boiled egg
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Soup, Grilled Cheese and carrots
Chocolate Chip pancakes with fruit
Burgers, Hot Dogs, baked beans and carrots
Spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread and brocolli
Pizza :)
Dinner out
Salsa Chicken bean rice tacos with green beans

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Blueberries
Strawberries
Watermelon
Carrots
Roasted Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Banana Ice Cream
Green Smoothie
PB Banana Smoothie
Plantain Chips
Chocolate Chip cookies :)
