Our Menu Plan for the week of 04/18/2016

How was your weekend?  We didn't go anywhere this weekend.  Christopher had 4 am shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday and since he doesn't have a license, can you guess who had to get up crazy early and take him to work?  Yup, that would be me with the mom taxi.  I was super exhausted all weekend and we decided just to stay home, rest and play games :) 


Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins with fruit X2
Waffles with fruit X2
Granola with fruit X2
Egg and avocado toast with fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade dressing and a banana for myself and hubby
Sandwich with carrots and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Spaghetti with meatballs, green beans and garlic bread
Chicken Parm with mashed potatoes and green beans
Sausage Gravy over biscuits with eggs and fruit
Lasagna Casserole with zuchinni and garlic bread
Chicken Garden Veggie skillet
Sesame Chicken with Broccoli and rice
Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Penne with zuchinni

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Carrots
Roasted Carrots

Hot chocolate with marshmallows
