Menu Plan for the week of 07/27/2015

How was your weekend?  We had planned a really nice weekend with Christopher's girlfriend :)  Got everyone in the van, drove an hour to get there and it poured :(  Then Chris decided we should go bowling.  We get to the bowling alley and discover a 2 hour wait :(  Needless to say, our weekend didn't go exactly as planned.  But that is Ok, there are other weekends and rainy season can't last forever :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Chocolate Chocolate Chip muffins with fruit X2
Pancakes with fruit X2
Oatmeal with nuts and raisins X2
Scrambled eggs with fruit

Lunch
Salad with homemade dressing and a banana for myself and hubby-when he is home
Sandwich with carrots and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Spaghetti with green beans and garlic bread
Teriyaki chicken & veggie kabobs with rice
Apricot Chicken with potatoes and zuchinni
Sloppy Salsa Chicken with peas
Mexi Chicken pasta with green beans
Chicken Tostados with cucumbers, carrots and cherry tomatoes
Baked Ziti with peas and garlic bread

Bananas
Carrots

Grapes

Chocolate PB Smoothie
