We have decided to attempt to take 1 day a month and unplug from all the electronics. To just spend the day with one another.
The weather Saturday was absolutely beautiful. We decided to pack a lunch and have a picnic at a park with a lot of trails.
Of course, this was the day there was an event at the park. So parking was an adventure all by itself:) We did find a place to park wayyyy over by the playground at the other side of the park. We enjoyed a picnic lunch, let the boys play on the playground and set out for our own adventure.

Our goal was to reconnect- to enjoy each others company. I think we accomplished that nicely:) We had a blast. Nathan and little Michael slept the entire way home. We can't wait for our next family fun adventure.
