We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend :)
We spent the weekend on the phone with our current internet company trying to figure out why our service cuts out every night at a specific time and comes back up at 9 the next morning :( We seem to not have much luck in the internet department. Living in the "country", we don't have many options to choose from.
Here is our menu plan for this week:

Sandwich with carrots and fruit or leftovers

Bisquick Chicken Enchiladas with green beans and salad

Tortilla Chips with salsa
Chocolate PB Nice Cream
Rice Cakes with PB
