How has everyone been doing since I was last on?
It was not my intention to be absent yet again :( This time, my family has been battling the virus we have been so lucky to not get over the last 2 years. This virus has kicked our butts. I do believe we are over the worst of it but continue to battle physical and mental fatigue :( We have never experienced an illness quite like this before. If you have battled this illness and have any tips or tricks, please comment below.

Sandwich with carrots and fruit or leftovers

Homemade corn dogs with corn and salad

Pasta with meatballs, green beans and salad
