How was your weekend?
We had a nice boring weekend at home :) Just what we needed~ time to just do nothing but spend time together as a family :)
Here is our menu plan for this week:
Breakfast
Choice of Muffins, Fruit, Oatmeal, cereal, waffles, pancakes and/or bagels
Lunch
Sandwich with carrots and fruit or leftovers
Dinner
Chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and salad
Black Bean Enchiladas with green beans and salad
Taco, carrots and salad
Sausage and Tomato Gnocchi with broccoli and salad (we are not adding the sausage as I can't eat pork)
Frito Pie with carrots and salad
Pizza, carrots and salad
Son's Birthday :) He gets to pick what he wants for dinner :)
