Our Shopping Trip~ 09/19/2020

I was planning to run by Walgreens real quick to grab a few things that were on sale.  I planned to use $5 of my points to pay.  I was told by the cashier that the register wouldn't let me use my points since I  used a digital coupon.   Has Walgreens changed their policy yet again?  The cashier said she had never had that happen before and that there was nothing she could do :( Has anyone else ran into issues at Walgreens recently?
