Our Menu Plan for the week of 10/15/2018

How was your weekend?  We had a running around kind of weekend.  We dropped hubby's truck off at the mechanics to have a tire fixed and ran some errands around town.

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Choice of Muffins, Fruit, Oatmeal, waffles, pancakes or bagels

Lunch
Egg Avocado salad and fruit for me
Sandwich with carrots and fruit or leftovers

Dinner
Baked Chicken, potatoes, peas and salad
Tacos with carrots and salad
Simple Beef Stroganoff with peas and salad
Baked Pasta with peas and salad
Breakfast for Dinner- French Toast, Scrambled Eggs and Fruit
Homemade Pizza, salad and Movie night
Cheeseburger Biscuits with carrots and salad

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Tortilla Chips with salsa
Chocolate PB Nice Cream
Rice Cakes with PB
Celery with PB and raisin
Chia Pudding
