Our Menu Plan for the week of 07/01/2018

How was your weekend?  We had a super busy week and weekend with VBS :)  For those who have done VBS before, you know the amazing yet exhausting VBS experience :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Baked Oatmeal with fruit X2
Banana Pancakes with fruit X2
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffins with fruit X2
Bagels with fruit

Lunch
Egg Avocado salad on bread and fruit for me
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Chicken Fajitas with carrots and salad
Crockpot Lasagna with peas and salad
Tacos with carrots and salad
Vegan Nachos with carrots
Breakfast for Dinner~ Ham, Egg and Cheese English Muffins with carrots
Homemade Pizza and Movie Night
Turkey, mashed potatoes, peas and salad

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Tortilla Chips with salsa
Chocolate PB Nice Cream
Rice Cakes with PB
Celery with PB and raisin
Chia Pudding
