Our Menu Plan for the week of 02/05/2018

How was your weekend?  We had a sad weekend.  We took our house guests to the airport so that they could fly home and get back to their jobs.  We will miss them dearly and loved the time we got to spend with them.  We look forward to planning their next homecoming :)

Due to some food allergies, we had to revamp some of our menu plans while we had company.  I just took inventory and we have so much food left :)  YAY :)

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Overnight Oats with fruit X2
Banana Bread with fruit X2
Banana Pancakes with fruit X2
Cereal with fruit

Lunch
Egg Avocado (Egg Salad) with fruit for me
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Chicken  Broccoli Penne with salad
Taco Tuesday with corn and salad
Tortellini with broccoli with salad
Chicken Fried Rice with salad
Homemade Pizza with salad
Kielbasa Pasta with green beans and salad
Leftovers

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Tortilla Chips with salsa
Chocolate PB Nice Cream
Rice Cakes with PB
Celery with PB and raisin
