Our Menu Plan for the week of 01/22/2018

How was your weekend??  We had a nice and interesting weekend.  We are so excited to have company for the next few weeks :)  Our son Kevin and his girlfriend have come down to spend a couple of weeks with us.  I am beyond thrilled :)  Our menu plan for this week is going to consist of super easy meals.

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Overnight Oats with fruit X2
Banana Pancakes with fruit X2
Cereal with fruit

Lunch
Egg Avocado (Egg Salad) with fruit for me
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Burgers, Hot Dogs, salad and Mac N Cheese
Taco Tuesday with corn and salad
Chicken Parm with mashed potatoes and salad
Shrimp Alfredo with garlic bread, peas and salad
Homemade Pizza and salad
Crockpot Lasagna with garlic bread and salad
Breakfast for dinner

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Strawberries
Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Tortilla Chips with salsa
Chocolate PB Nice Cream
Rice Cakes with PB
Celery with PB and raisin
