Our Menu Plan for the week of 10/24/2016

How was your weekend?  We had the most amazing weekend.  We just got back from Key Largo last night.  It was just what we needed.  It was great unplugging from the electronics and just spending time with family.  We loved being there so much that we extended our trip an extra day and came home yesterday instead of Monday.

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfast
Overnight Oats with fruit
Waffles with fruit X2
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins with fruit X2

Lunch
Salad with Tahini dressing with fruit and a hard boiled egg
Sandwich with carrots, apple slices, blueberries and grapes for everyone else or leftovers

Dinner
Lasagna Pasta with peas
Chicken in the Crock Pot, mashed potatoes with green beans
Chicken Soup
Bean Rice Salsa tortillas with peas
Spaghetti with garlic bread and peas

Snacks and Desserts
Apples
Grapes
Bananas
Blueberries
Strawberries
Kiwi
Carrots
Roasted Carrots
Popcorn
Pretzels
Banana Ice Cream
PB Banana Smoothie
Rice Krispy Treats
